Anti-corrosion principle of paper making & paper pulp preservative

21-10-2020

Microorganisms appear in the pulp production process, which will seriously affect the quality of the paper. At this time, it is necessary to use paper pulp preservatives, which can just solve this problem. So, how does the paper pulp preservative kill microbes and bacteria to protect the pulp?

The paper pulp preservative has a strong bactericidal effect. The active ingredients of the product can penetrate the cell walls of microorganisms, enter the inside of the cells, and bind to the bases of the cell's nucleic acid (RNA and DNA), thereby inhibiting or completely killing the microorganisms.

The paper pulp preservative can peel off the rot in a short period of time. The lower dosage can completely inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, keep the flow system in a clean state, reduce the frequency of brushing, and improve the paper grade and research and development efficiency.
With the use of preservatives for paper pulp, there is no need to worry about the occurrence of rot and the inability of the workshop to run, and there is no need to worry about the appearance of rot and affect the quality of the paper.
