Our factory develope the DB20 Biocide, it is a fast acting broad-spectrum antimicrobial. It is belongs to the formula biocide of DBNAP, killing bacteria rapidly and effectively. It also could eliminate the odor. 

This biocide is ideal for eliminating microbial contamination in raw materials or products, used to prevent the growth and reproduction of bacteria and algae in papermaking, industrial circulating cooling water, lubricating oil for metalworking, pulp, wood and paints. DBNPA 20% is widely used in pulp and circulating cooling water systems in paper mills.

 

DBNPA 20% biocide has a variety of bactericidal action principles, the bactericidal speed is very fast, and it has a very broad-spectrum bactericidal activity against bacteria, molds and yeasts that cause contamination and degradation of water-based products

One customer purchase our DBNPA 20 biocide and put into the production, it achieves the desired effect.

During the customer's production process, the circulating water in the production system turned black and smelly. Putting DBNPA20, the smell disappeared, and the black color turned into light yellow. Photo as below:

Usage

1) It can be added at any stage of the production process, but it is recommended to be added as early as possible in the production process. And it should be noted that the temperature, Ph value and redox potential when adding will not affect the stability of this product. When using this product for the first time, it is recommended that users conduct experiments.

2) DB20 can effectively kill more than 90% of bacteria within 20 minutes, and the sterilization speed is accelerated with the increase of PH value and temperature. The PH value should be used in the range of 3-10, and the temperature should not be higher than 50 ℃. If the PH value exceeds 10, the dosage can be appropriately increased and the stirring speed can be accelerated;

3) According to different environmental conditions, the half-life is usually not more than 30 minutes, and 99.999% of the bactericidal efficacy can play a role before decomposing to failure;

4) DB20 needs to be diluted with water before use, and the dilution ratio is more than 25 times, otherwise crystals may be precipitated;
