The antibacterial and antifungal agents fm our factory (such as silver ion and zinc ion series) have an inhibition rate of over 99% against common pathogenic bacteria like Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and can also inhibit the growth of molds such as Aspergillus Niger and Aspergillus flavus. This is crucial for the long-term use of valve rubber seals in damp environments, effectively preventing the decline in sealing performance or material corrosion caused by the growth of microorganisms.

 

High-temperature resistance and chemical stability

Its inorganic antibacterial agents (such as the zeolite silver-loaded system) can withstand a high temperature of 450℃, and they have stable chemical properties and are not prone to react with rubber substrates or other additives. During the processing of valve seals, high-temperature vulcanization is often required. Long-term effectiveness and durability

Some products combine organic antibacterial agents with layered clay through intercalation technology, solving the problems of easy discoloration of inorganic antibacterial agents and poor weather resistance of organic antibacterial agents. Valve seals are often exposed outdoors or in harsh working conditions. Such antibacterial agents can ensure color stability and no decline in antibacterial performance over long-term use.
