Our company develop the formular biocide specially used for water-based products. The formular biocide is mixed of CMIT MIT and DBNPA. It is a classic and economical synergistic bactericidal preservative, broad-spectrum bactericidal and antibacterial (bacteria,yeast,mold). The mixture biocide Kathon and DBNPA can quickly sterilize bacteria and have long-term antibacterial effect, and is now widely used in water reducing agent, papermaking and other industries.

Solubility:Easily soluble in water, most low molecular weight alcohols and ethylene glycol.
Application stability:Suitable application conditions: pH value 2.0-8.5 and temperature not exceeding 60°C.

Usage / Compatibility
1) It couldn't be used in alkaline system, free formaldehyde will be produced in alkaline system, and the anticorrosion will fail;
2) It can be added at any stage of the production process, but it is recommended to add it as early as possible in the production process. And it should be noted that the temperature, Ph value and redox potential at the time of adding will not affect the stability of this product. When using this product for the first time, users are advised to experiment.
3)The amount of bactericidal preservatives is adjusted according to the environment and temperature changes. When the temperature is high, the amount should be increased appropriately.
