BIT20% Preservative, a water-based dispersion of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one is an efficient microbiostat preservative for aqueous compositions. Such as oil in water emulsions, lattices, emulsion paints including varnishes, lacquers, and stains, water based adhesives, inks, casein and rosin dispersions, textile spin-finish solutions, pesticide formulations, aqueous slurries, titanium dioxide slurries, tape joint compounds, leather processing solutions, and for the preservation of fresh animal hides and skins.

1) BIT 20 is suitable for water-based systems with high effective content.

2) Benzisothiazolinone 20% Water-Based Dispersions is Free of formaldehyde, especially suitable for systems with strict requirements on formaldehyde.

3) The PH has a wide application range and is suitable for alkaline formulations.

Application:
BIT 20 as an antiseptive agent is recommended for sterilization and mildew prevention in the following fields:

1)    Emulsion paint and coatings;

2)    Oil-in-water Emulsions;    

3)    Adhesives;

4)    Sealant; 

5)    Metal working fluid;

6)    Pesticide Formulations;

7)    Home Cleaning products;

8)    Laundry additives;

9)    Other applications: Car care products; Aqueous mineral slurries; 

Instructions:

BIT 20 Water-Based Dispersions is recommended for most applications at a concentration of 0.05% to 0.3%, which depends on whether the product is easily eroded by microorganisms and the storage environment of the product. 

Package and storage:

Packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic drum, or 1000kg IBC drum.

Storage: Protected from light at room temperature, Shelf life is 12 months.

Quality Inspection Center

Sinotrust Chemical Co.Ltd strictly control goods quality, each lot must be strictly inspected by QA dept. The goods will be allowed to leave factory only after quality qualified. Meanwhile the sample for each lot will be kept in lab at least one year. When issues happened, we or the third authority party could reinspect.

Before new customers issue order, free sample will be supplied for test. And we ensure the sample quality is same as bulk quality.
